Kiyafet Sepeti Took My Payment but Never Sent the Dress

I made a purchase from Kiyafet Sepeti, and despite being charged for the dress I ordered, I never received it. After a frustrating wait, I took matters into my own hands and contacted them directly. To my disappointment, they informed me about a stock problem and advised me to request a refund. If the issue lies with them, they should have promptly reimbursed me. It's completely unacceptable that I have to go through the hassle of requesting a refund for an item that was never delivered to me.
How much time has passed since they've been keeping my money? And they're still holding onto it now—I don't agree with this. I kindly request a prompt refund of my money.
