Don’t be a fool like me—do not order anything from Kiyafet Sepeti! I ordered a dress for £135 on 12th February. After placing my order, they messaged me to say the dress was out of stock. I requested a refund, and they claimed it had been processed, stating it could take up to 15 days. However, I never received my refund within that timeframe. When I contacted them again, they assured me I would receive my refund by 19th March at the latest—but still, nothing! I WILL COMPLAIN EVERYWHERE I CAN!!!!
