Kiyafet Sepeti Sent Me Poor Quality Clothes and Refused to Provide a Proper Refund




My brother recently had his wedding, and like many others, I trusted Kıyafet Sepeti for my order because they seemed reliable with their large following. I regret the day I placed that order. Social media is such a toxic place where people with no quality at all spend their budget on advertising instead of focusing on quality and customer satisfaction, making themselves more well-known than brands that truly deserve it. I had issues with my first outfit and, feeling no trust whatsoever, requested a refund. Instead, they insisted on a model exchange, and their apologies were worse than their mistake. They bragged about serving 3 million customers and having so many satisfied customers. So, is it okay for a few thousand of us to be dissatisfied? Is that their business model? Out of desperation, I exchanged the outfit, added another ₺1200, and bought an even worse product. This time, the size S I ordered arrived bigger than an XL. It was like a sack—it didn’t fit at all; two people could fit in it. They tried to pass off this massive size difference as a "pattern variation due to fabric and production." Their attitude was infuriating, and I will share all the images here. Please, let no one else be victimized by this. If this doesn't help, I will take my complaints elsewhere. I will never forgive these people for making us throw away the money we worked so hard to earn.
