Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that no action was taken on my cancellation request, and the order was not canceled.
The company neither cancels orders nor honors the right to return, which is a violation of my legal rights. Under the Turkish Commercial Code and Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to cancel and return orders made through distance selling.
Despite these laws, no solution was provided for the cancellation of my order and the refund of my payment. They even sent the product, which I immediately returned. However, I still haven’t received any response from them. I have no choice but to pursue legal action if this matter is not resolved. Think carefully before shopping with them—once they have your money, it doesn't come back.
