I Face No Return and Cancellation Option for Abiye Orders on Kıyafet Sepeti
I ordered an abiye dress from Kıyafet Sepeti, but when the first product arrived, the size didn’t fit. To avoid losing time before the wedding I planned to attend, I immediately placed a second order for a different model. Only a few minutes later, while trying to create a return for the first order, I found out that the company does not accept returns.
Since only about five minutes had passed since my second purchase, I tried to cancel the second order before it was shipped. However, the website offered no cancelation button. I contacted customer service right away and asked them to cancel my second order before it was dispatched, but they refused, saying, “We do not have such a policy.” They claim all of this is stated in their sales terms, but I was never shown any contract or agreement during checkout.
I demand the cancellation of my second order before it is shipped and a full refund for my first order, which did not fit. If these requests are not fulfilled, I will initiate all necessary legal actions. Please resolve this matter immediately and stop causing inconvenience to your customers with such unfair sales practices.
