Kıyafet Sepeti Refuses Refund After Cancelling Order in Just 3 Minutes
On November 4, 2024, I placed an order with Kıyafet Sepeti at 11:15 AM and canceled it just three minutes later at 11:18 AM. Despite this, they claimed the product was already prepared, labeled it as a "custom design," and refused to issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable—the item was not custom-made for me, and it is impossible for it to have been prepared within three minutes.
I’ve repeatedly contacted their customer service, but they continue to deny my refund request, insisting they do not accept cancellations or returns. I expect immediate action to process my refund, as this delay and refusal are unreasonable. Companies should not mislead customers with such practices.
