Kıyafet Sepeti Poor Return Policy Issue

I purchased a dress from Kıyafet Sepeti based on the photos, but I was disappointed when it arrived. I attempted to return it by visiting the store address listed on the site, but they refused to accept customers and instructed me to handle returns through shipping. They do not accept returns at all.

I was forced to deal with the return via shipping again. The replacement dress I received was even worse than the first one; it looked nothing like the photos. Despite the tailor's efforts, it couldn’t be fixed. As a result, I am left with a dress worth ₺7,000 that is useless. We’re left scrambling to find a suitable dress just a day before the wedding.
