I deeply regret ignoring the complaints about Kıyafet Sepeti's return process when I first researched the site. They use misleading tactics to complicate the refund process, especially for items no longer in stock.
I purchased a nişan dress but was unsure about the color after receiving it. I inquired about the desired color’s availability and was told it was in stock. I returned the dress, only to later be informed—after they received my return—that the color was unavailable due to their error. They then accused me of returning a worn, washed, and smelly dress, which is entirely false. The dress was only tried on briefly and was never washed.
When I suggested resolving this by visiting their showroom, they declined, saying they would process the refund but later returned the dress to me. It had no odor, confirming their claims were baseless.
This entire process has been deceptive and stressful. They have forced me to keep a dress I’m dissatisfied with, ruining my special occasion. They also don’t offer refunds or exchanges, which leaves customers with no options. I’ve escalated this issue to CİMER, and I hope to see a resolution soon. This practice of exploiting customers by blocking refunds and exchanges needs to stop.
