I Still Haven’t Received My Refund from Kiyafet Sepeti After 25 Days—I Feel Scammed
It has now been over 25 days, and I still haven’t received my refund from Kiyafet Sepeti. This is completely unacceptable. They keep contacting me, telling me, “We’ll send the money soon,” even giving specific dates and times, but nothing ever happens. They just make promises they don’t keep.
Every time I follow up, I get vague excuses or delayed responses. They claim the refund is “in the system” or “on its way,” but it’s clear they’re just stalling. I feel deliberately misled. Had I known this is how they treat customers, I never would have ordered anything in the first place.
It’s outrageous that I’m being made to wait this long for my own money. Their system is unreliable, their communication is poor, and their actions feel deceptive. I demand the immediate return of my refund and a formal explanation. Other buyers should be warned—this site is not trustworthy.

Very bad business, I have never seen employees who are so uninterested. 2 weeks have passed, not only have they not sent the money they owe me, but they also do not respond to the messages I send. I advise people who are going to shop not to buy from them. It is an irresponsible page, I am still waiting for my money.
I've entered the 2nd week for the remaining 450 TL, they ask for an email address and don't respond, they're literally mocking.
