Frustrating Experience with Kiyafet Sepeti's Return and Exchange Policy

I purchased an evening gown from Kiyafet Sepeti and was shocked by their restrictive policies. Customers are allowed to try on only three dresses in-store, with a strict one-hour time limit, and an additional ₺500 fee is charged for this service. If no purchase is made, the fee is non-refundable. On top of this, there are no return or exchange options available.

After an argument and much hassle, I managed to secure a one-time exchange through their online store. However, I still felt forced to choose a dress that I wasn’t satisfied with, simply because I had no other choice. This experience was incredibly disappointing. I will never shop here again, and I strongly urge Kiyafet Sepeti to reconsider their unfair policies.
