On November 8, 2025, at 04:30 a.m., I’m scheduled to fly from Ankara Esenboğa Airport to Riga, Latvia. Today, at 7:24 p.m., I made an online payment of ₺128,172 via credit card through Kiwi.com to purchase this flight. I received a payment confirmation screen and receipt, proving that the payment was successfully processed. However, I did not receive any booking confirmation, PNR number, or ticket information via SMS or email.
The only message I received stated that my reservation is being processed. However, I urgently need my PNR number to complete my visa application with the Latvian Embassy. I tried contacting Kiwi.com customer support, but since it was outside their business hours, I couldn’t reach anyone. I’ve also learned that they don’t operate on weekends, which makes the situation even more stressful.
This is my first experience booking through Kiwi.com, and it has already caused significant frustration. Even though my payment has been taken, my reservation remains unconfirmed, and I still have no PNR or ticket details.
I request that Kiwi.com urgently confirm my booking and send my PNR number and ticket information as soon as possible so that I can proceed with my visa application and travel plans.
