Skyscanner Redirected Me to Kiwi.com for Flights That Weren’t Booked by Pegasus Airlines

I booked round-trip tickets for my daughter and her mother through Skyscanner, which directed me to Kiwi.com. I paid for a departure flight with Pegasus Airlines and a return flight with SunExpress. However, when I called Pegasus to confirm, I was informed that they had no record of this flight. SunExpress confirmed the return ticket, but Pegasus stated that the flight wasn’t booked because Kiwi.com had not paid them. Left with no choice, I had to repurchase the departure flights directly from Pegasus, incurring additional costs. Now, I’m trying to contact Kiwi.com for a refund, but there’s no way to reach them except through English-only support. It’s frustrating and disappointing to lose money due to such unreliable service.
