Requesting a Refund From Kiwi.com For My Cancelled Flight
I booked a flight ticket through Kiwi.com for a trip on 8 November 2025 on flight AF7330, on the Athens–Paris–Marseille route. Due to a conflict in my work schedule, I had to cancel this trip, and I requested a refund. The total amount I paid for the ticket was more than 300 euros. Since my cancellation and refund request, I have not received any clear update or payment of the refund. Each time I contact Kiwi.com customer service, I receive the same response that my request has been received and is being forwarded to the airline, but nothing progresses, and I am left without any concrete information or time frame. I request that my refund for this cancelled trip be processed as soon as possible and that I receive a clear written update on the status of my case, including when and how the refund of more than 300 euros will be returned to me.
