Not Received My Cancelled Kiwi.com Ticket Refund

Last year in May I cancelled my connected flight operated by WestJet and IndiGo, which I had purchased through the travel agency Kiwi.com under ticket number 8387230847640. At the time of cancellation I was clearly informed and promised that my refund would be processed and paid within 14 business days. However, although approximately eight months have now passed since that cancellation, I still have not received my refund. The expected refund amount was around 700 Canadian dollars, and this long delay, despite the clear promise of payment within a specific timeframe, has been very disappointing and frustrating for me. I request that my refund for ticket number 8387230847640 be processed and paid to me without any further delay, and that I be informed in writing of the refund transaction and any explanation for this excessive delay. In addition, I request to be contacted by a live customer service agent to provide me with a clear refund date and to discuss the resolution of this issue.
