Kiwi.com Won’t Release My €82 Refund Despite Pegasus Confirming Payment
I am experiencing a serious issue with the refund process for a flight ticket that I purchased through Kiwi.com and was later canceled. Although Pegasus Airlines has clearly confirmed that the refund for the ticket has already been processed on their side, Kiwi.com has still not credited the remaining €82 to my account since approximately May 4, 2026.
When I contacted Kiwi.com regarding the missing refund, I was told that they had not received the refunded amount and that I needed to provide a “refund certificate” or proof of refund from the airline. However, Pegasus Airlines informed me that they do not issue such a document and that the refund has already been completed through their internal systems.
As a result, I have been left caught between the airline and the booking platform. Pegasus states that the refund has been issued, while Kiwi.com continues to claim that they have not received it. Despite repeated efforts to resolve the matter, no meaningful progress has been made and the refund remains unpaid.
I do not find it acceptable that Kiwi.com continues to delay the process by requesting documents that Pegasus does not provide, especially when the airline has already confirmed that the refund was processed. My reservation PNR is 1UCNQU, and I request that the outstanding €82 refund be immediately returned to the card used for the original purchase without requiring any additional documentation from me.
I also request a clear written explanation regarding the status of the refund and why it has not yet been credited despite the airline’s confirmation that the refund was completed.
