Kiwi.com Won’t Refund My Canceled Flydubai Flight Despite Proof of Payment Return
I purchased a Flydubai ticket through Kiwi.com for a flight from Malé, Maldives (MLE) to Ankara (ESB), scheduled for August 8, 2026. On June 12, 2026, I was informed that the flight had been canceled.
After the cancellation, Flydubai confirmed that the refund had already been processed and returned to Kiwi.com. The airline has even provided documentation and proof of the refund transaction. Despite this, Kiwi.com continues to claim that they have not received the refunded amount and repeatedly delays the process by stating that the case is still under review.
My reservation number is 724 737 277, and the ticket cost was approximately $1,212. I find it unacceptable that, despite Flydubai providing evidence that the refund was successfully sent, I still have not received my money. The ongoing delays and lack of a clear resolution have caused significant frustration and inconvenience.
I request that Kiwi.com complete the refund process without any further postponement and immediately transfer the full refund amount of approximately $1,212 to my account. I also expect a clear written explanation regarding the delay and confirmation once the refund has been processed successfully.
