Kiwi.com Still Has Not Refunded My Canceled Thailand Flight
Through Kiwi.com, I purchased a ticket for the Thailand flight numbered G9715 dated April 14, 2026, for approximately $280. Later, the airline company canceled my flight and informed me that the ticket price would be refunded.
Despite approximately one and a half months having passed, the refund for my canceled ticket has still not been deposited into my account. When I contacted Kiwi.com customer service, I was told that I would be notified once the airline completed the refund process. However, since that conversation, I have received absolutely no updates or responses.
It is unacceptable for a refund to be delayed for such a long period of time without any proper communication or transparency toward the customer. I request that the approximately $280 ticket amount be refunded to me immediately and that I receive a clear and detailed explanation regarding the current status of the refund process.
