Through Kiwi.com, I purchased airline tickets with Vietravel Airlines for a Ho Chi Minh – Bangkok flight departing on April 14, 2026, at 11:50 AM and a return flight on May 13, 2026, at 2:25 PM (VU130). My reservation number is 769913661, and the total amount of approximately $325 was charged to my credit card on April 11, 2026. The cancellation process was completed on April 11, 2026, and my refund request was officially received on the same date.
Even though approximately one and a half months have passed, and despite the airline company stating that the refund has already been processed, Kiwi.com still has not returned my money. Although I have contacted Kiwi.com many times, I continue receiving only generic responses saying that my request is still open and under review and that I will be informed by email once the process is completed. No concrete action or clear resolution has been provided.
I request that the approximately $325 I properly paid for the ticket be refunded to me in full, without any deductions, as soon as possible. I also do not want other Turkish citizens to experience the same inconvenience that I have faced, and I would like to state that once I return to Turkey, I intend to pursue all available legal remedies regarding this matter.
