Kiwi.com Still Has Not Refunded My Canceled Thai Lion Air Flight
I purchased a Thai Lion Air ticket through Kiwi.com for flight SL102 from Phuket (HKT) to Singapore (SIN) scheduled for June 23, 2026. However, the airline subsequently canceled the flight.
Despite the flight being canceled by the airline, Kiwi.com has still not refunded the amount charged to my credit card. The total payment was approximately $350, and I have been waiting for the refund since May 7, 2026 without receiving any payment or meaningful update regarding the status of my case.
My reservation number is 766913774. Whenever I contact Kiwi.com customer service, I receive the same generic response telling me to wait. No concrete solution is offered, and no clear information is provided regarding when my refund will be processed.
Since the cancellation was initiated by the airline and not by me, I believe I am entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The prolonged delay, lack of transparency, and absence of a specific resolution timeline have caused significant frustration and inconvenience.
I request that Kiwi.com immediately refund the full amount of approximately $350 to the credit card used for the purchase. I also request a clear written explanation of the current status of my refund and a specific date by which the refund will be completed. The continued delay in returning funds for an airline-canceled flight is unacceptable and should be resolved without further postponement.
