I Still Have Not Received My Kiwi.com Refund for Canceled Flight
Through Kiwi.com, I booked a flight reservation for the Sydney–Bangkok route scheduled for August 13. This reservation was later canceled by the company, but no refund has been provided to me. I paid approximately $497 for this ticket, and my booking ID number is 779678603.
I contacted customer service many times, and on every occasion they claimed that the payment had already been refunded. However, there is absolutely no refund transaction visible on my credit card statement. I also spoke directly with my bank, and they informed me that if such a refund had actually been processed, it would definitely appear in my account activity. They also confirmed that no such transaction had been received on their side.
On April 30, 2026, I was told that the money would be refunded, yet as of today no payment has been returned to my credit card. In order to resolve this inconvenience, I request that the approximately $497 payment be urgently refunded to the same credit card that I originally used when making the reservation.
