Kiwi.com Refuses to Cancel Flight and Refund ₺67,080 Despite Request

I made a round‑trip flight booking on Kiwi.com under the reservation number 707 474 691 for 4 people on the Ankara–Stuttgart flight on 29 June 2026 and the Stuttgart–Ankara return flight on 28 July 2026, with a total payment of 67,080.25 TL. On 12 December 2025, I requested the cancellation of this reservation through Kiwi.com. Despite my clear cancellation request, the reservation has not been canceled, and my payment has not been refunded. In addition, it is stated that 30 EUR will be deducted per person for the cancellation, which I find unacceptable given that the process has not been properly completed and no effective support has been provided. While the reservation was processed very quickly at the time of purchase, the cancellation process has still not been finalized. I contacted Kiwi.com customer service via both live chat and email, but I was only met with AI/bot responses that kept repeating the same standard messages and did not offer any real solutions. This situation seriously shakes my trust in the company and makes me question whether the service is reliable. I demand the immediate cancellation of my reservation number 707 474 691 and a full refund of the total amount of 67,080.25 TL without any deductions for all four passengers. I also request a clear, human response explaining the status of my cancellation and refund process.
