Kiwi.com Complaint Of Flight Refund

I booked a trip from Bucharest Otopeni to Lahore via Dubai through Kiwi.com, with Flydubai operating the Bucharest–Dubai leg and Fly Jinnah operating the Dubai–Lahore leg. The flight was scheduled for 21 January 2026, and I cancelled it on 19 January 2026 because the airline changed the schedule in a way that would have required me to obtain a visa for Dubai, which I could not do. My Kiwi.com booking ID is 725808941. The total amount I paid was approximately 1,500 RON. After cancelling through Kiwi.com, I contacted the help center via the in‑app support. They informed me in writing that they had applied for my refund and that, once the airline confirmed, the money would be sent to my bank account, with a deduction of 30 EUR. Despite this clear confirmation, I still have not received any refund to my bank account, and it has now been about five weeks since the cancellation and refund request. I find this delay unacceptable, especially since the cancellation was due to a schedule change that affected my ability to travel without a visa. I request that my refund of the ticket price, minus the agreed 30 EUR, be processed and paid to my bank account as soon as possible, and that I be provided with clear written confirmation and a timeline for this payment.
