Kiwi.com Converted My 133 CHF Payment Into Non-Refundable Credit

For my Zurich–Izmir flight dated January 23, 2026, I purchased a ticket today at 7:04 PM through Kiwi.com for 133 CHF using my credit card. However, even though I completed the payment, my reservation remained in “pending confirmation” status for approximately two hours, and during that time I was unable to check in. Because I was kept waiting, I was forced to cancel the booking at 9:41 PM.
Afterward, instead of refunding nearly the full amount back to my credit card, I was informed that on January 22, 2026, 119.7 CHF had been issued as Kiwi credit and that this credit could not be transferred back to my bank account or credit card. I do not want to make another purchase on this site, and I absolutely do not need such credit. In a transaction paid with real money, holding my funds within the platform and forcing me to use store credit makes me feel wronged and as though my money has been unfairly taken.
My request is very clear: I want the full 133 CHF refunded to the credit card I used to purchase the ticket, without any deductions and without converting it into Kiwi credit. I respectfully request that my grievance be resolved promptly and in a solution-oriented manner.
