I purchased a multi-leg ticket from London to Lahore via Skyscanner / Kiwi, with flights on 8–9 March and ticket number 2149553709111. The itinerary includes segments with Turkish Airlines, Ajet and PIA. Due to the ongoing war and unstable situation in the Middle East, I no longer feel it is safe to travel and I have decided that I cannot take this trip under these circumstances. I contacted Kiwi and saw that the middle segment of my journey is shown as being processed for a refund, but I have not received clear information about the status, and the customer service responses are only automated messages. I need an urgent, clear resolution because my travel dates are very close and I must be sure that everything is cancelled and refunded properly. Considering the exceptional situation in the region and the safety concerns, I am requesting a full refund of my entire London–Lahore ticket, covering all segments with Turkish Airlines, Ajet and PIA. I kindly ask you to review my case urgently, provide clear information on the refund status of all flights in this booking, and complete the full refund to my original payment method as soon as possible.
