Kiwi.com Ignored My Refund Request After Ticket Cancellation

I purchased a flight ticket through Kiwi.com on December 28, 2025, and later canceled the ticket via the platform. My reservation number is 705 818 399. Despite completing the cancellation, I have not received any refund to date, nor have I been given any clear or reliable information about the status of the refund process. Under applicable consumer protection regulations, refunds are required to be completed within a maximum of 14 days, yet this period has long since passed. I have repeatedly waited for concrete progress, but the lack of action and transparent communication gives the impression that Kiwi.com does not place sufficient importance on customer satisfaction or its legal obligations. I request that this issue be resolved urgently and that the full amount of the canceled ticket be refunded to me without any deductions. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights and submit a complaint to the relevant authorities. I expect an immediate and clear response regarding this matter.
