On December 12, 2025, I requested the cancellation of my reservation number 707 474 691 through Kiwi.com. This reservation was for four people, and I paid a total of $1,565. Even though one full week has passed since the cancellation request, the status shown in my account still only says: “Refund request submitted. We have received your request and are forwarding it to the airlines.” There has been no progress or update.
In addition, being told that a €30 deduction per person would be applied simply because I requested a cancellation is neither fair nor acceptable. When I try to contact Kiwi via live chat or email, I am constantly met with an automated system repeating the same responses, and I cannot reach a real representative. While the system was extremely fast during the booking process, it has become slow, unresponsive, and stalling when it comes to cancellations and refunds, which has seriously damaged my trust.
Because of Kiwi.com’s behavior, I have started to suspect that I am dealing with a structure that causes customer harm on an international scale. I find the service quality extremely poor. I am requesting that the full $1,565 paid for reservation 707 474 691 be refunded to me in full, without any deductions, including the proposed €30 per person fee.
