Kiwi.com Refund Not Paid After Pegasus Flight Cancellation

I purchased a flight ticket from Kiwi.com for a total of 680 euros, which out of many flights included 1 Pegasus Airlines flight from Istanbul to Moldova scheduled for 29 January. Pegasus later cancelled this Istanbul–Moldova flight. When I contacted Pegasus, they informed me on 18 February that the refund for the cancelled flight had already been processed and sent to Kiwi.com. After this, I contacted Kiwi.com customer service by email. Despite Pegasus confirming that the refund was made, Kiwi.com replied that they had not received any refund from Pegasus and then closed my case without offering any further help. I have not received any refund at all from Kiwi.com for this booking, even though I am eligible to receive refund due to the cancelled Pegasus flight from airlines. My booking was made under the name Hammad A***, using the email address hammad.a***[email protected] (BUCHUNGSNUMMER 7 2 2 6 4 3 7 2 4). I request that Kiwi.com immediately investigate this fradulant activity and pay me my refund immediately.

I contacted Kiwi.com, and although Pegasus confirmed the refund, I have not received any money back. Kiwi.com left a comment on my complaint but did not follow up or make any effort to resolve the issue, and my problem remains unresolved.
