Kiwi.com UK Transit Visa Issue – Refund for Unusable Ticket

I bought a ticket from Kiwi.com for a journey from Barcelona to Copenhagen via Edinburgh on 3 August, even though I do not have a UK visa. The booking was issued as one combined itinerary including a transit in the UK. Because I do not hold a UK visa, I cannot board the flight that passes through Edinburgh and therefore cannot use this ticket at all. I have not cancelled the ticket yet through Kiwi.com, and I also have no local SIM card in Barcelona, so it is difficult for me to contact customer service by phone or chat. I am requesting a full refund of the ticket price or another fair solution, because the itinerary requires a UK visa that I do not have, and I am unable to travel on this booking. I kindly ask you to review my situation and return the money I paid for this trip.
