I attempted to return a product I bought from Kiko Milano's online store at the Küçükyalı Hilltown Mall branch. My request was denied because the store managers were not available to process the exchange at that time. They mentioned that if I returned the next day (assuming the store managers were present), they would be able to proceed with the exchange. It's quite frustrating to have to dedicate two whole days and navigate through heavy traffic just to return an item in a bustling city like Istanbul! This policy is absolutely absurd and completely unheard of. If your store manager is absent, it is advisable to refrain from making any sales. Furthermore, it is mentioned on your website that customers have the option to make returns and exchanges at physical store locations. And it doesn't state that a "store manager" is necessary for this.

I was called by the store manager regarding my complaint and was told that my exchange would be made within 30 days. Since I only had the opportunity today, I called again before going to get confirmation that I could make the exchange. However, at the store, I was asked to pay a price difference for a different color of the same product! The reason given was that the price was cheaper when I bought it! Because of their mistake, they didn’t process my exchange 20 days ago, and now they are asking for more money because prices have increased. In which store is a price difference requested when exchanging the same product! I will never shop from this brand again. I had to return my products out of necessity, but it cost me my time and money. I will seek my rights on every possible platform. And I warn everyone who is going to shop not to believe in the exchange guarantee written on their website. They do everything they can to avoid making exchanges. They were never helpful; it was a horrible experience for me.
