I Face First Order 10% Discount Issue on Kiko Milano App and Can’t Use Coupon

I recently created a membership on the Kiko Milano app to place my first order. According to the promotion, I was supposed to receive a 10% discount on my first purchase. However, when I tried to apply the discount, the app did not recognize the offer and failed to activate the coupon on my order.
What makes this situation more frustrating is that the promotion clearly states that this 10% discount can be combined with other coupons, yet the system still wouldn’t apply it. From what I see, many other users are experiencing the same problem, so this is not an isolated issue.
This technical failure has left me disappointed and discouraged from completing my order. I was excited about my first purchase and feel let down by the inaccuracy of your promotional promises.
I kindly request that the 10% first-order discount be correctly applied to my account and that your app’s promotion system be fixed to prevent this issue from happening to other customers.
