Amazon Return Not Picked Up, No Contact From Delivery Agent

I am writing regarding my Amazon India order with ID 406-7656167-8743546 from Tamil Nadu. For the past two days, I have been trying to return this order, but the return request keeps getting cancelled automatically without any valid reason, and no one has come for pickup. Amazon has not called me for pickup even once, and each time I try to get help and click on any customer care or support link, I keep getting redirected to the same help hub page, so I am unable to contact customer service or speak to an agent about this issue. I request that my return be immediately accepted, the pickup be properly scheduled and completed without any further automatic cancellations, and my refund be processed as soon as possible, as I am not at fault for these system issues and missed pickups.
