Stake Support Closed Case Without Resolving Missing Deposit

I deposited ₹500 into my Stake account on April 29 via Paytm. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Stake balance.

After noticing that the funds were missing, I contacted Stake support. They informed me that they had not received the deposit and then closed the case, even though the amount was clearly debited from my side. I have the transaction details and reference number from Paytm/bank that confirm the payment was completed successfully.

I request that this issue be investigated again and that my ₹500 be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible, since I was charged but did not receive the funds in my Stake account.
