I Can’t Use My 10% First Order Discount on Kiko Milano App

I recently created a Kiko Milano account and was excited to place my first order using the advertised 10% discount that’s supposed to be applied to first-time purchases through the app. However, the discount code simply doesn’t work. I keep receiving a “code invalid” error, even though the promotion clearly says it can be combined with other coupons.
It seems I’m not the only one having this issue—many others have shared the same experience. If this is a system-wide problem, why hasn’t it been fixed? It's frustrating to see a brand promote an offer that customers can’t actually use.
I demand that Kiko Milano address this bug immediately and honor the promised discount for first-time app users. This isn’t just a technical glitch—it’s misleading advertising, and it undermines customer trust. Please fix this and issue an updated, working discount code.
