Fampay UPI Transfer Completed but BDG Win Balance Not Updated

I am writing to report a failed deposit to my BDG Win account. Earlier this morning, I deposited ₹100 via UPI using the Fampay app. The transaction is marked as successful in Fampay, but the amount has not been credited to my BDG Win account.

After noticing that the deposit did not arrive, I attempted to contact support through the BDG Win platform, but I was unable to get proper assistance, and the issue remains unresolved. I am located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

I request that this UPI transaction be checked urgently and that the ₹100 be either credited to my BDG Win account or refunded back to my Fampay account. I also request written confirmation of the action taken.
