I have been using the Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream since November 10. The product arrived on November 7, and from the very first use, my skin — which is normally baby-smooth — developed intense redness and small pimples. Although the packaging states that it is suitable for all skin types, my skin is sensitive and dry, and I normally never break out. After using this cream, I developed what I believe to be allergic pimples, my face turned bright red, and it quickly became covered with breakouts.
Because I trusted the brand, I didn’t want to file a complaint right away. I continued using it for a while to be sure, but every time I applied it, I experienced the same negative reaction. For this reason, I have completely lost trust in the product and the brand, and I no longer want to use any Kiehl’s products.
Due to this severe skin reaction, I request a full refund for the Ultra Facial Cream I purchased.
