I am facing an issue with a pending withdrawal through Airtel Payments Bank via the Airtel Thanks app. My order number is 1009316527020260514055717. The withdrawal amount is ₹520, linked to my account number 9241102*** with IFSC AIRP000001. The withdrawal was submitted on May 14 at 5:57 AM and again on May 15 at 6:01 AM, but the status has remained in processing and the amount has still not been credited to my account. I have already been waiting for two days without any resolution. This delay is causing me inconvenience as I urgently need these funds. I kindly request that the ₹520 be credited to my account immediately and the withdrawal be processed on priority. I have screenshots available as evidence of the transactions and their current status, which I can provide if needed. I request you to look into this matter urgently and inform me as soon as the amount is credited or if any further action is required from my side.
