I received the Kiehl’s Gently Effective Blemish Targeting Cleansing Paste through Contentpro as a trial product, and I used it to film a video in hopes of becoming an influencer. I was very excited to promote the product and prepare a before-and-after video. However, about a week after I started using it, I experienced a significant increase in breakouts and a burning sensation on my face. I had never experienced anything like this on my skin before.
Because of this negative reaction, I contacted both Contentpro and the Kiehl’s Türkiye account on Instagram, but I did not receive any response. Not only was my skin damaged by the product, but I was also disappointed because I can no longer share the video I planned. This situation affected my motivation and became a setback in my journey to become an influencer.
I live in Kocaeli, and I expect at least an apology to address the inconvenience I experienced. I also request that the brand make a statement so that others do not face similar issues.
