I Face Breakouts and Inflammation from Bioderma Pink Facial Cleansing Gel

I’ve been using the pink-colored facial cleansing gel from Bioderma, and at first, it seemed like a great choice. The initial results were fine, which is why I decided to purchase the larger bottle, expecting it to be a long-term solution for my skincare routine. Unfortunately, after about a week of consistent use, my face started breaking out with inflamed, pus-filled acne—something I’ve never experienced to this extent before.

I’m extremely disappointed. I paid a premium price (₺) for a product that ended up damaging my skin. Now I’m left with a nearly full bottle that I can’t use, and it feels like I’m throwing money straight in the trash.

Bioderma, I trusted your brand and invested in a product I thought was dermatologist-approved and gentle. Instead, my skin is worse than before. I want an explanation as to why this happened and a resolution that reflects the seriousness of the skin reaction I experienced. Please take responsibility and offer a refund or suitable alternative—this is not what I paid for.
