I Had a Severe Skin Reaction to Neutrogena Acne Face Wash After Just Two Uses

Hello. I purchased Neutrogena’s acne-fighting face wash from a Groseri market branch in Mersin and began using it right away. On the second day, I suddenly experienced a severe burning sensation on my face, followed by intense redness. Painful, pus-filled pimples quickly formed, particularly around my mouth and chin area. I’m now struggling with constant itching and burning, and to make matters worse, I developed swelling around my eyes.

This is not just an issue for people with sensitive skin—it’s much more serious. I strongly believe there are harmful ingredients in this formula that should not be in a skincare product. A product that causes this level of irritation should be pulled from shelves immediately before it harms more people.

It’s unacceptable that I can’t even get in touch with the manufacturer easily. All I can do is go back to the market and fill out a complaint form—which feels like nothing compared to the damage this product has done. They also refused to refund me because it’s a hygiene product. I regret buying this item and will never trust Neutrogena again. I urge the company to take accountability and address this issue properly.
