I ordered a 28ml Kiehl’s Avocado Eye Cream (Order No: KLS1000654791), but it arrived with a broken lid. On October 11, 2024, I contacted Kiehl’s customer service via email and phone, requesting a replacement. I was told my request would be reviewed, but no one ever got back to me.
After waiting 10 days, I called again to inform them I was moving to a new address and wanted to return the product instead. They gave me a return code, and I sent it back with the included testers, expecting a refund. However, instead of processing my return, they sent the product back to my old address in Istanbul, this time with a properly sealed lid but missing testers, wrapped in a dirty, greasy paper—an absolute lack of care.
Now, I am in Erzurum, and my package is stuck in Istanbul. Customer service is completely unresponsive, failing to return calls and emails, despite multiple follow-ups. Kiehl’s, this is unacceptable! Either process my refund or arrange for my product to be shipped to my current location. This experience has made me lose trust in your brand, and I will not be purchasing from Kiehl’s again if this issue is not resolved.
