I purchased two jars of Kiehl’s Avocado Eye Cream, and when I opened the second jar, I noticed it was watery and appeared spoiled. When I contacted customer service to request a return, I was shocked by their response—they suggested I stir it and continue using it.
This is unacceptable. How can a reputable brand recommend using a clearly defective product? It shows a complete lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. I paid for a quality product and expect a replacement or refund for the spoiled item.
I demand that Kiehl’s take this complaint seriously and resolve the issue promptly. Ignoring customer concerns about product quality is not the way to build trust. Please address this immediately.
