On November 28, 2024, I purchased a Kiehl’s cream set (Order Number: 9639351635) for ₺688. However, on December 3, 2024, I received an empty box instead of the product. I immediately submitted a complaint through the app, requesting a replacement for the missing item. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told the product was out of stock and would receive a refund. A ₺75 coupon was also offered as compensation.
What’s frustrating is that the same product is still being sold by the same seller at ₺1300. This feels unfair, as I bought the product at a discounted price during a sale. I demand that my order be honored and the product be sent to me promptly. Empty boxes and price hikes are unacceptable.
