Even though I have no membership, subscription, or any intentional interaction with the Kick platform, multiple unauthorized charges have been made to my Enpara card without my knowledge, consent, or approval. Upon reviewing my account on January 26 and February 26, I identified three separate recurring transactions labeled under “Kick,” each approximately $9–$10, totaling around $30. I have full access to the bank receipts and transaction records for these charges.
I have never initiated a subscription, provided payment authorization, made a purchase, or approved any transaction related to Kick. These repeated deductions clearly constitute unauthorized transactions and a serious financial security breach. The misuse of my card information is not only a violation of my consumer rights but also a breach of banking and electronic payment regulations.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that my card would be canceled and replaced. However, my primary demand is the immediate and full refund of all unauthorized charges to my account. Additionally, I request a detailed written explanation of which user account, subscription, or system triggered these transactions.
I also demand that all authorizations linked to my card within Kick or any associated systems be permanently revoked, and that I receive clear written assurance that such a security breach will not happen again.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will initiate a chargeback process through my bank and pursue legal action, including filing a criminal complaint and escalating the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant authorities.
This is a formal complaint, and I have all bank records and transaction evidence available. I expect an urgent investigation and a full resolution of my financial loss without further delay.
