I Face Unauthorized Charges From Kick Without Ever Using the App

On February 24, 2026, around 3:00 AM, I discovered that three separate charges of approximately $6–$7 each (totaling around $18) were withdrawn from my bank card through the Kick streaming platform without my knowledge or consent. I have never logged into the Kick app, never created an account, and never added my card details to their system. Despite this, these transactions appear on my account, causing serious concern and financial loss.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I immediately contacted my bank. However, they informed me that they could only block my card and issue a replacement, and could not provide any further resolution regarding the unauthorized charges. At this point, I am left without any explanation as to how my card details were accessed or used on this platform.

I demand that Kick urgently investigate this matter and provide a clear explanation of how these transactions were initiated without my authorization. Additionally, I request a full refund of the total amount withdrawn from my card.

Furthermore, I require written confirmation that my card information has been completely removed from all Kick systems and that no further unauthorized charges will occur. This situation represents a serious breach of financial security, and I expect a prompt resolution.
