However, during my honeymoon in Fethiye in the summer of 2023, I encountered a recurring issue with the engine malfunction light. Despite visiting a local service center in Fethiye due to time constraints, they found a cylinder-related problem and advised me to return if the issue persisted.
Upon returning to Eskisehir, I scheduled an appointment with ** K** Kia authorized service center and presented my car for service in August with job order number 230809_002. They found no issues and advised me to return only if the light reappeared. Subsequently, when the light came on again, I revisited with job order number 230817_003, and once again, they found no problems. I've also had the 45,000 km maintenance done at your service center. Now, approaching 50,000 km, I've only entrusted my car's maintenance to Kia authorized service centers.
Despite recommending my car to others, I found myself stranded once again when the engine malfunction light appeared without warning. Due to the holiday, I'm unable to use my car. I urge you to address this recurring issue promptly and provide a solution to rectify my inconvenience. Please escalate this matter to the relevant departments and ensure a permanent resolution to my problem. I await your prompt action.
