Kia Service Failed to Repair My Defective Vehicle

Since I left my broken-down car at the Ankara Oto Kia dealership a month ago, the delivery time has been pushed back. Just as I was about to get in the car, they said there was another problem that would take even longer. The day after I got the car, it told me there was a problem with the system. When I asked the authorized person why they didn't fix it, they said it wasn't related to their repair work and needed to be hooked up to a computer. The next day, I saw some paint chips and rough spots on the bumper of the part of the car that wasn't damaged. I don't understand why these problems weren't fixed during the month of service. I want my car taken back and all the problems fixed as soon as possible. I am not happy with their service.
