As of today, it has been 37 working days (53 days), but it is still said that the part has not arrived. Unless I call myself, I am not contacted in any way. I hope they can get my complaint resolved soon, this is a very important piece of life, transportation is at the core of everything, everyone's lives. They should be more understanding...imagine my situation without a car for days. Yet they seem so reckless and unconcerned.
