I have been using the DM Win platform and normally withdraw funds through bank transfer. However, since February 16, my withdrawal requests have been repeatedly rejected, and this has now happened approximately 25–30 times.
At the moment, I have ₹489 in my DM Win account (UID 5059727), and I am unable to withdraw this balance. So far, I have been able to complete only one successful withdrawal of ₹135, but after that every withdrawal request has failed.
I contacted DM Win customer support about this problem, but the only response I received was a message telling me to contact my “teacher”, with the note:
“hello please contact your teacher thank you @CSR_DM****amZayn2nd.”
I have not been given any clear explanation for the repeated withdrawal rejections, nor have I been provided with any effective solution. As a result, my balance remains stuck in my DM Win account.
I request that my withdrawal issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and that my withdrawal function be enabled again so that my current balance of ₹489 in account UID 5059727 can be successfully transferred to my bank account without further rejection.
