Request For Refund Due To Stale Qurritos - KFC

Today at around 13:20 I ordered a meal from KFC, which included 5 hot wings, a Qurrito and fries. This order was issued under check number 2819 and pickup number 8448. When I received my order, both the Qurrito and the other items tasted stale and clearly not fresh, which made the meal inedible and very disappointing. I tried to reach KFC staff / customer service regarding this issue, but I did not receive any response. I believe food should be served fresh and safe to eat, and in this case that standard was not met. I kindly request a full refund for this order due to the stale and unsatisfactory food I was given. I would like this situation to be reviewed and resolved so that similar experiences do not occur again.
