Missing Items in KFC Chicken Burger Combo

I ordered a chicken burger combo from KFC, and it was a truly disappointing experience. The menu featured mashed potatoes, but unfortunately, they were nowhere to be found. I also asked for more ketchup, but it wasn't included. The burger bun was not fresh, the drink was not chilled, and both the fries and chicken were not warm. I've never had any issues with food in the past, but this particular experience left me feeling unsatisfied.
